Completed 300,000 sf power center along Interstate 25 located 40 miles south of Colorado Springs with tenant openings from Fall, 2004 to Fall, 2006. Project anchors included Kohl's, Bed Bath & Beyond, Best Buy, Famous Footwear, Maurice's, Dress Barn, Old Navy and Petco.

Completed 300,000 sf power center located near the Abilene Mall about 150 miles west of Dallas-Fort Worth with tenant openings from Summer, 2004 to Summer, 2005. Anchor tenants included Ross, Bed Bath & Beyond, Dunlap's, Michaels, Petco, Shoe Carnival, Old Navy, TJ Maxx and Payless Shoe Source.

Completed 400,000 sf urban entertainment center with tenant openings between Fall, 1999 and Fall, 2000. Project was voted 2000 Greater Houston Redevelopment of the Year. Anchors included Edwards Cinemas, Jillian's Cafe, Vans Skate Park, The Improv Comedy Club and specialty retailers and restaurants.

Project was voted 1997 Chicagoland Retail Development of the Year and was anchored by Filene's Basement, TJ Maxx, DSW Shoe Warehouse, Cost Plus World Market, Mikasa, Old Navy, Ulta, Eastern Mountain Sports and Zany Brainy.

Completed 350,000 sf power center that was constructed in three phases on Chicagoland's North Shore with tenant openings from Fall, 1994 to Fall, 1996. Project was voted 1995 Chicagoland Retail Development of the Year and was anchored by Sports Authority, Circuit City, Linens-N-Things, Fresh Fields Markets, Nordstrom Rack, Marshalls, PetsMart, Container Store and Zany Brainy.
