These are some of the shopping centers that were acquired and developed since GMX's inception in 2004 which represents approximately 4.0 million square feet of projects.

Antioch Marketplace - Antioch, IL
A 600,000 sf planned regional power center that is
approved for big-box development in Northern Lake
County. Tenant line-up is yet to be determined.

Rushmore Crossing - Rapid City, SD
A 900,000 sf regional power center across Interstate 90 from the Rushmore Mall in a super regional trade area that will open in several phases. Phase I opened in Fall, 2008 to Spring, 2009 which is anchored by Target, Scheels All Sports, TJ Maxx, Gordman's, Petco, Michaels, David's Bridal, Dress Barn, Justice and Shoe Carnival. Phase II is under construction and will be anchored by Sam's Club that will open Spring, 2011

East Viking Plaza - Cedar Falls, IA
A 300,000 sf power center serving the Cedar Falls -
Waterloo regional trade area that is currently under
construction. Target opened in Summer, 2009 and
the rest of the project will open in additional phases.

Mokena Marketplace - Mokena, IL
A 400,000 sf power center that will open in phases
between Fall, 2008 and Fall, 2011 on the Route 30
retail corridor. The project is anchored by JC Penney
(open), Meijer (tract sold) and PetSmart (open).

Southmoor Commons - Orland Park, IL
A 50,000 sf community center on LaGrange Road that
is anchored by Aldi Foods and Chase Bank across the
street from Carl Sandburg High School. The project
opened in Summer, 2007 and has two available pads.

Winston Plaza - Melrose Park, IL
A 400,000 sf existing power center in the heart of the
Melrose Park retail trade area. This value-add
acquisition, which was purchased in 2007 and will
undergo an extensive remodel renovation, is
anchored by Best Buy, Marshalls, OfficeMax and
Bally's Fitness.

The Granville - Chicago, IL
An urban mixed-use development in the Edgewater
neighborhood that was constructed in 2007 and
opened in 2008 including 160 condominiums and
50,000 sf of retail space anchored by Aldi Foods.

South Elgin Crossing - South Elgin, IL
A 300,000 sf power center along the booming Randall
Road corridor with tenant openings between Fall,
2006 and Fall, 2008. It is anchored by Home Depot,
Best Buy, Lazy Boy, Staples and PetSmart.

Stratford Crossing - Bloomingdale, IL
A 400,000 sf existing power center across the street
from Stratford Mall that was purchased in 2006 and
renovated in 2007. The center is anchored by
Dominick's, K-Mart, Sports Authority and PetSmart.

Home Depot-Anchored Center - Beaver Dam, WI
A 200,000 sf Home Depot-anchored shopping center
development located about 50 miles northeast of
Madison that was completed and opened in 2006.
